The nice and special thing about the Feldenkrais Method is that everyone can benefit from it. What sounds banal or unspecific at first glance is, on the contrary, the wonderful and special thing about the method: each participant explores himself and his abilities at the given moment. No matter what kind of sport, dance, or instrument you practice, or the very everyday movements you want to improve: you start from the point where you are currently. The newly acquired skills are usually noticeable very quickly in the respective discipline. The method develops the basic movements of everyday life (and everyday life is, what ever you do on a daily basis) and activates an adaptive, active posture – as the basis for everything you want to do in life.
